  • How often will I get paid?

Pay schedules vary by location.  Please check with your store; there are weekly or bi-weekly payment schedules based on your role and location.

  • How do I view my paycheck?

Your login information for the payroll/employee self-service site was sent to you on your hire date. Within the site, you can find your paychecks and other information under “Your Documents.” To access your employee self-service site, go to Paycom.

  • What is the Holiday Schedule?

Retail stores are closed on New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  • Can I change my tax withholding on my tax withholding form(s)?

You can update and re-submit your federal and state (if applicable) tax withholdings form at any time. Tax withholding are all maintained electronically on our employee self-service site. As soon as an updated form is received, it is processed in the payroll system. Note, however, that it may take up to a full pay period before you see changes reflected in your paycheck.

  • Am I eligible for overtime?

Hourly non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime in accordance with the laws of your state. Overtime must be approved by your supervisor in advance. Note that holiday time and time for PTO (paid time off) does not count toward accumulated hours for calculating overtime eligibility.

  • Am I eligible for holiday pay?

To be eligible for holiday pay, you must meet the following criteria:
– You must be a regular full-time employee.
– You must have been continuously employed for a minimum of 90 days prior to the holiday.
– You must work your scheduled day prior to the holiday.
– You must work your scheduled day after the holiday.
