The Employee Handbook

Our employee handbook includes important information about your employment at Sun Auto, including, but not limited to, your rights and responsibilities, expectations of conduct, and other company policies. All employees are expected to read through the Employee Handbook and acknowledge having read it. The current version is available in Paycom.

Harassment Is Not Tolerated.

Our workplaces are intentionally built to foster mutual respect and dignity for all. No form of harassment, bullying, abusive behavior, discrimination, or otherwise inappropriate conduct will be tolerated from Sun Auto employees, customers, or vendors.

Reporting Harassment:

If an employee is aware of or has experienced harassment of any kind, they are expected to immediately report this to their supervisor so that it can be addressed. In the event that the employee is uncomfortable, for any reason, to bring the concerns to their supervisor, any leader in the organization, including Human Resources, can be approached. All concerns will be investigated and addressed according to Sun Auto policies and procedures and employees will not be unlawfully retaliated against for communicating concerns.
In addition, reasonable accommodations are made for applicants’ and employees’ religious practices and beliefs, mental and physical disabilities, and for pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions, including lactation, in accordance with applicable local law.

Required Compliance Trainings

You will receive several emails from our employee university, SunU, about different compliance courses you are required to complete as a Sun Auto employee. If you do not receive invitations to complete the compliance training courses, work with your manager to contact Human Resources.
