2026 Benefits Information
Eligibility
You will be eligible for health care coverage effective the 1st day of the month following your start date if you are a full‐time employee regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week.
New Teammates
New teammates need to enroll in benefits within 30 days of their start date. It’s important to complete this process even when declining health care coverage with Sun Auto so that you may add your beneficiary information for your company-provided life insurance.
Don’t Miss Out
After your enrollment window has closed, you will not be eligible to elect or change your benefit selections until the next Annual Open Enrollment window unless you have a qualifying life event change (e.g., getting married, having a baby, etc.).
